Villow demonstrates that these controls are possible. Current features and proposals deserve different labels. This page is where unfinished work, concept demonstrations and early ideas live.
Available now
Finite feeds, channel controls, saved progress, optional reflection, explained suggestions, viewing limits and connected extensions are implemented. Watch together is also available, with invitations, explicit acceptance, synchronized playback, a shared queue and chat for up to 10 accounts. Explore current features.

Planned or partly built. Availability still needs release verification.

Group decisions at a viewing limit
Planned room pause and alert when someone reaches a limit. They can leave, or the whole group agrees to dismiss it and continue. Release verification is pending.

Corrections that reach the people who watched
A note could add context beside a video when people with different viewpoints agree it is helpful. If it arrives later, people who already watched could receive a persistent notice, so a correction has a chance to reach the original audience.
This is a design proposal, not a Villow feature or a claim that the idea is new. Platform participation would help it reach people at scale; moderation, eligibility and effectiveness would need testing.
Concept demonstration
A next step beside a video
A creator could attach one focused action, such as joining a local group, attending an event or helping a cause. Native integration would need YouTube's support. An independent verified submission service is another possible path, still an early idea.

A user-owned picture of time across platforms could help people choose where attention goes. Today's Villow covers its own usage and connected YouTube browsers. Broader coverage would need new integrations and clear consent.
